Free Speech and Rush Limbaugh

Some people, even while deploring Rush Limbaugh’s women-hating, depraved comments about Georgetown university law student Sandra Fluke, have expressed alarm lest his 'First Amendment' free speech right be infringed upon. But the fact of the matter is that calling for his sponsors to drop him, calling on radio stations to cease carrying him, demanding that Clear Channel drop him, HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH HIS FIRST AMENDMENT RIGHTS. The First Amendment comes into play when GOVERNMENT tries to suppress speech, not when private citizens voice complaints. This is not merely my opinion, or a hunch, or a hypothesis, it's constitutional law. So let’s keep up the protest against this sick bum.
